I met Leo and Remy 11 years ago when they delivered furniture to me from a high-end company where they worked. Since then, they have moved me several times during different life milestones for me and have always been caring, supportive and professional. They make the entire situation stress free.

I would never hire anyone else to move any of my furniture. They are extremely careful, never scratching walls, paint etc. It's incredible how they can move super large pieces of furniture in very tight spaces. They also helped me hang paintings, etc., and have assembled and moved furniture that other companies have delivered to me. Leo came to do an assessment and assured us that no matter where we were in the packing process when the move day came they would get us through it. I run estate sales, and today I sold a high end Ethan Allen sleigh bed for my client. This bed had to be out ASAP as settlement is in a  Couple days. The  buyer of this bed was an elderly lady who would not be able to find a mover on her own; in addition she need her old furniture moved out.    So I called Remy on very short notice, just to give it a shot.  Unbelievably, Within the hour he had rented a truck and was on his way to pick up the bed.   He notified the seller of his ETA and also kept me updated throughout.  He moved this extremely heavy  bed by himself!!  Remy updated the buyer on his ETA. Once he arrived, he moved the old furniture to the garage and brought in the new bed and  assembled it

They had multiple pallets for their move. They had an infinite supply of blankets to wrap things with tons of their own materials to help get the job done properly. Moving Makeover did an incredible job moving our things to the new house yesterday!

Remonne Duncombe (Remy) came to the rental house to do a walk through within a hour of me calling him to inquire about him working with us. He communicated a solid plan for getting the job done the right way and emphasized that the process would be stress free and easy.

Fast forward to move day yesterday, Remy and his teammate Trey provided top-notch execution. They were fast, organized, took meticulous care of our stuff, asked questions to prevent issues, didn’t scratch up walls or the floor, took beds apart and put them back together and nicely arranged furniture in the living room. Remy was communicative from start to finish so we always knew what was happening.
